The Golden Key here is that your vibration/ your ‘mood’ is the most important thing before anything else you do. You don’t have time ‘not to’ tend to it so make it a priority. If you simply make a solid decision ‘just be happy’… all else will fall into place if you make this your priority.
Your ultimate goal, no matter what your desire may be, is to be happy. If you want money, it’s to be happy… If you want a dream relationship, it’s to be happy. All your desires ultimately lead to a feeling of happiness.

and all else will fall into place. It is as simple as that. Make it your priority each and every day to get happy. Think happy thoughts, do happy things. Look at the positive in every single situation. Play the glad game – find something, anything to be glad about in every situation you’re in. Daydream… visualize… smile for no reason. Make your mood your priority.
- FOCUS ON ENERGY…
it’s at your fingertips – you have an abundance of energy and it is up to you how you use it. Tap into it and focus on good energy. Make time to align. It is above all else. It is the most important task of your day. You cannot afford not to focus on your energy. Meditate… Daydream…Visualize…
Thinking about things that bother you or worrying pinches you off from it – tap into good feeling thoughts.
- 17 SECONDS MOMENTUM- GET A GOOD FEELING THOUGHT GOING FOR AT LEAST 17 SECONDS. THEN DO IT AGAIN. WATCH THE MOMENTUM BUILD…
You know these little reminders you see on social media and the internet that say “think happy thoughts… ” They mean more than you may realize.
- FLIP IT ALL – JUST BE HAPPY… AND THEN…
Flip it all in two ways – flip it upside down so that you get your mood in check before you go sorting anything else out instead of the other way around.
Plus while we’re on the word flip, if a worry pops into your head just tell it to ‘flip off’! lol (I say lol but I am serious… flip off worry I am busy here thinking of good things and this is way more important than you right now… )
- DO WHAT YOU WANT AND THEN… DON’T WAIT UNTIL THEN TO DO WHAT YOU WANT…
Burst through resistance. Whatever the worry is or the resistance just bust right through it. How? Realise that it is there and don’t fight it. Just allow it and then GET BUSY. Don’t try to solve it if it’s like banging your head against a brick wall – go do something that totally distracts you and makes you feel good. Keep doing that until you feel better and don’t let that resistance win. What you’re really doing here is you’re getting the feeling before the manifestation and that is the key to deliberate creation.

- BE UNCONDITIONAL – DON’T GET HAPPY TO GET THE MANIFESTATION – GET HAPPY TO FEEL TREMENDOUS!
